H.E. Hun Many (R, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and High Representative of Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, holds the 9th day of the two-week-long Kan Ben Festival at the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Phnom Penh on Oct. 5 to dedicate merit to the souls of the victims who lost their lives under the Khmer Rouge genocidal regime.
