H.E. General Meas Savorn (Pic. 1), Secretary-General of the Cambodian Veterans and Pensioners Association, chairs a technical meeting in preparation for the 38th Executive Board Meeting of the Veterans Confederation of ASEAN Countries (VECONAC) and the 25th VECONAC General Assembly and related meetings this morning at Sun and Moon Hotel.

Cambodia is hosting the 38th Executive Council Meeting and the 25th General Assembly of VECONAC in Phnom Penh from Oct. 3 to 7.
