AKP Phnom Penh, October 13, 2026 --

H.E. Dr. Eang Sophalleth (Pic. 1), Minister of Environment, delivers his remarks while he was presiding over the opening ceremony of the Artificial Intelligence for Climate Action Forum 2026 in Phnom Penh this morning.

The forum was attended by senior leaders of the Royal Government of Cambodia, members of the Technology Executive Committee (TEC) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), representatives of the United Nations in Cambodia and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Cambodia, as well as experts in technology, science and climate change, and national and international delegates, approximately 200 people.
