AKP Phnom Penh, May 21, 2026 -- 
H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, participated in the Extended Informal Consultation on the Development in Myanmar via videoconference on May 21. 
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the meeting reiterated the importance of constructive dialogue, the cessation of violence, and the creation of a conducive environment for inclusive dialogue among all parties concerned in Myanmar. 
During the meeting, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn reaffirmed Cambodia’s support for open and frank consultations on the current situation in Myanmar and the way forward in line with ASEAN’s core principles.
