H.E. Hy Sophea (L Front, Pic. 1), Chairman of the Constitutional Council, and his spouse preside over the annual celebration of Visak Bochea Day at Phnom Preah Reach Troap (Oudong) in Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province, where a stupa of Buddha’s relics is located, this morning.
