AKP Kandal, September 12, 2025—

H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, pays his last respects to late Sergeant Prak Da, a member of the Multi-Skill Engineering Unit 486, who died of malaria on Sept. 2 on a mission of the United Nations' multidimensional peacekeeping mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA), upon the arrival of his body at Techo International Airport in Takhmao, Kandal province, on the afternoon of Sept. 11.
