Cambodia's Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (R, Pic. 1) and visiting H.E. Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., President of the Republic of the Philippines, preside over the signing ceremony of three cooperation documents between the two countries, at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh this noon, following their bilateral meeting.
