Cambodia’s Acting Head of State Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (2nd R, Pic. 1) and his spouse Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen host an official welcome ceremony for H.E. Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., President of the Republic of the Philippines, and First Lady Louise Araneta-Marcos, at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.
