Neth Pheaktra (L, Pic. 1) and his spouse light candles while they and the Ministry of Information’s officials were holding a religious ceremony for the first day of Kan Ben Festival, which will begin tomorrow and last for 14 days, at North Chin Dam Dek pagoda in Phnom Penh this afternoon.
