The President of the Republic of the Philippines, H.E. Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., and First Lady Louise Araneta-Marcos, disembark from a special aircraft upon their arrival in Phnom Penh this afternoon for a three-day state visit, at the invitation of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia.
