A delegation of the Ministry of Information led by H.E. Chhean Leang (Pic. 1), Secretary of State at the Ministry of Information of the Kingdom of Cambodia, representing H.E. Neth Pheaktra, Minister of Information, attends the opening ceremony of the Global South Media and Think Tank Forum 2025, organised in Kunming, Yunnan province, People’s Republic of China, this morning with the participation of some 500 delegates from 110 countries under the theme “Empowering global south, navigating global changes.”
