Phnom Penh Municipal Governor H.E. Khuong Sreng (L, Sitting, Pic. 1) and Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Ueno Atsushi sign at the embassy in Phnom Penh on Feb. 19 a Grant Contract on Japan’s assistance to Phnom Penh Capital Administration to support two projects – Procurement of Japanese Smoke Ventilation Truck in Phnom Penh and Procurement of Secondhand Fire Truck and Rescue Truck in Phnom Penh – under the framework, the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (KUSANONE).
