Aphi Santepundit Sar Sokha (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, and his spouse (Pic. 2) light candles while they were presiding over in Prey Veng provincial city this morning the Krong Porli religious ceremony to pray for the success of the Prey Veng Sankranta event to be held in mid-April to cheer the Khmer Traditional New Year.
